SVG and PNG

SVG is a vector format that scales to any size. Converting it gives you a regular image at a fixed size.

PNG is lossless and supports transparency, which makes it the usual choice for screenshots, logos and graphics with sharp edges.

In Settings you can choose the image quality (Maximum to Smallest) and whether to keep or strip metadata such as camera details and location.

Why convert on your computer?

Online converters upload your SVG files to someone else’s server, limit file sizes and often add queues or watermarks. nxtconvert does the work locally with the same engines professional tools use, so it’s private, works offline and handles large files and big batches.
